It's been rainy and dreary for the past two days in Shizuoka. Not only has it affected my mood and productivity, but it's brought forth the slugs again. I found this little guy on the edge of my tub yesterday. I paused to watch him, and imagined what it'd be like to be perched on a blindingly white cliff, surveying the vast basin below. Then I hosed him down the drain with the showerhead. I hate slugs.

Hey there, little guy...

I don't think slugs can be considered in the bug category. Slugs are gastropod mollusks (with out shells of course), u know...like abalone and conch. I don't consider them to be bugs...so therefore you have no reason to dislike them....julie.
