The cat's angry at him/herself for staying up all night drinking Pocari Sweat against their better judgment, or because their claws do nothing - NOTHING - to stop the onslaught of majikku buruu binzu from jumping into their mouth.
The cat just caught Hepatitis B, and the cold sores are really irritating her mouth like the dickens. As a result, she is now trying to infect as many other cats as possible so that they can share in her misery.
